Cabsguru has no user accounts or login. We use limited analytics to understand which journeys are useful and which pages generate enquiries.

What we collect

• Website analytics — Google Analytics records page views, referral source, approximate location, browser/device information and clicks on operator call, WhatsApp and website actions. It uses first-party analytics cookies to distinguish visits.
• Journey context — lead-click events may include the package identifier, operator identifier, contact method and button placement. We do not send the operator's phone number, WhatsApp URL or message contents to Google Analytics.
• Email — if you write to us, we keep the correspondence.

How analytics is limited

• Google advertising signals and advertising personalization are disabled in our website configuration.
• We do not send your name, email address, phone number or other contact details to Google Analytics.
• Calls and WhatsApp chats go directly to the operator, not through Cabsguru.

You can block or delete analytics cookies using your browser settings or Google's Analytics opt-out tools. Google explains how it processes Analytics data in its privacy policy.
